Conditions Supported and Services Provided
I provide physiotherapy in the comfort of your home, this is so that the support provided is in the location that you spend the most time. I choose this option to ensure that you are being supported to access the world in the way that is important and relevant to you, and I can see how your environment contributes or impacts the support you require .
During physiotherapy sessions I might have you doing gentle movements, completing exercises to strengthening muscles, practicing tasks or parts of tasks you are struggling with or wanting to improve. I also complete passive or dynamic stretches, and provide hands on treatment like massage and provide education and advice around changes that can be made to help you hit your goals.
I commonly provide services to people with the following conditions, goals or support requirements. I have experience across all of the following conditions, and I have finished post graduate training in clinical rehabilitation for neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions.
If what you are looking for is not on the list please reach out and I will be happy to discuss your needs with you free of charge to see if I would be a good fit.
